These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Max Capacity Events’ ticketing platform, website, and services (“Services”). By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • Our events are strictly 21+. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at entry.

  • Entry will be denied without proper ID, and no refunds will be issued for failure to meet age requirements.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time printed on them.

  • Tickets purchased outside of our official platform may be invalid, and we are not responsible for counterfeit or unauthorized resales.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

  • If an event is canceled, you may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees).

  • Postponed/rescheduled events: tickets remain valid. Refund requests must be made within the timeframe announced.

4. Event Entry & Conduct

  • Admission may be subject to security checks.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

  • Possession of prohibited items (including weapons, drugs, or outside alcohol) may result in denial of entry without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

  • By attending an event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with large gatherings, including personal injury, illness (including communicable diseases), property loss, or damage.

  • Max Capacity Events is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained at our events, except where required by law.

6. Media Release

  • By entering our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

  • You grant us the right to use such media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, designs, and event branding, is owned by Max Capacity Events and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy

  • Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Capacity Events, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at our events or use of our Services.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the Dade/Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
