At Max Capacity Events, we strive to deliver the best live experiences. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets. By completing a purchase through our platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

2. Event Cancellations & Postponements

  • Canceled Events: If an event is canceled by Max Capacity Events, customers will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding third-party service fees, if applicable). Refunds will be issued automatically to the original method of payment within [10–20 business days].

  • Postponed/Rescheduled Events: Tickets will remain valid for the new event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within [7 days] of the announcement.

3. No-Show & Entry Denial

  • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows (failure to attend an event).

  • Entry may be denied if you do not meet age requirements (21+), fail to provide valid identification, or violate venue policies. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

4. Service Fees

Processing, convenience, or third-party service fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Transfers & Ticket Holder Responsibility

  • Tickets may only be used by the named purchaser or the individual to whom the ticket was legally transferred.

  • Max Capacity Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets purchased outside our official platform.
