Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
2. Event Cancellations & Postponements

Canceled Events: If an event is canceled by Max Capacity Events, customers will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding third-party service fees, if applicable). Refunds will be issued automatically to the original method of payment within [10–20 business days].

Postponed/Rescheduled Events: Tickets will remain valid for the new event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within [7 days] of the announcement.
3. No-Show & Entry Denial

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows (failure to attend an event).

Entry may be denied if you do not meet age requirements (21+), fail to provide valid identification, or violate venue policies. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
4. Service Fees
Processing, convenience, or third-party service fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Transfers & Ticket Holder Responsibility

Tickets may only be used by the named purchaser or the individual to whom the ticket was legally transferred.

Max Capacity Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets purchased outside our official platform.
